I've had the car back from the shop for 5 days. Thus far the repair work performed to the exterior appears outstanding (have found no flaws) and the car is operating as it was before the incident (though I have only driven the car about 100 miles since I received the car from the shop).

Excellent customer service, Jay and Tammy kept me informed of all vehicle updates via calling and or texting. The repairs were completed before projected completion date. The staff were kind and friendly and I never felt as though I was bothering them if I called to ask questions
