I worked primarily with Jay. He did a fantastic job continually communicating with me throughout the repair process. Jay went above an beyond in clearly explaining the process and explaining what was and needed to be done. Also the staff who handled my calls in each day were courteous and informative. If I ever need a repair through my insurance again I will request to come back to Caliber and hope to be able to work with Jay again.
