Overall good communication, updates on timeline and cosmetic repairs. Was very satisfied until I left and realized there was some sort of tar or adhesive on the inside of the doorframe and body of the car, preventing us from opening it. Called and returned to the shop, had to wait while they fixed it and also adjusted the door as the placement was off. They were very nice about it, but very disappointed I had to return, and that there were several issues that had been overlooked.

Appreciate the frequent updates on progress of the repair, and especially since it took a bit longer than expected because of needing more parts. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
