Pete.....smug and not willing to help when I brought my car back (less than 24 hrs later) to tell him it's making a terrible sound. He agreed, but says it's not part of the accident. He says the diagnostic test didn't determine anything was wrong mechanically, which I don't understand because it's obvious there's a noise coming out of my car that wasn't there before. Also, my windshield wiper fluid comes out on the back window of my van instead of the front which that didn't happen until I brought it in to this shop. I didn't even bother telling him about that.
