Initially after the repairs, the hood/fender alignment was a little off. We brought this to Tim’s attention and he had us bring the car back in a few days later and had everything corrected within a few hours!

Despite confirming my email more than once, initial emails were still sent to the wrong email address. I had to call 3 times to get the initial quote. It was a holiday so I understand that things are chaotic, but this felt like low-hanging fruit that made me question Caliber’s reliability and almost somewhere else for services.
