The constant communication from Caliber Collision made an unpleasant situation much more bearable. Though it was out of their control, Volkswagen parts being on very slow back order, they updated us weekly, and often twice a week, with any progress. Though I hope that I don’t need to return to them anytime soon, if I ever have need for a collision shop again, they will be my first, and probably only, choice. I cannot say enough good things about them and their customer service.

Overall it was fine, I appreciate the periodic updates and explanation of the process. My only complaint is when the return date was pushed out due to additional unexpected repairs, I asked about needing to extend my rental car and how that would work/if I needed to call anyone myself, to which I was told and reassured by 2 different people that they would take care of it. But after working till 4am the following night I was woken up at 9am to a call from the rental car company asking me where the car is as no one followed up with them like they said they would.
