Thank you to Caliber Collision in Cicero for doing an exceptional job with repairing my vehicle. The staff there was helpful, informative, and my vehicle interior was spotless when I picked it up! It is the cleanest I’ve ever seen the inside of my van! I would return in the future if I need some collision work done. I will recommend this location and organization everyone I know.

Communication was majorly lacking. Once we are told two weeks, then one week then one and half weeks. Then we are told to come get it. Never again

It took a lot longer than I thought it should have. Although they did give a date that it would be done and it was done by that date but prior to bringing it to them they kind of indicated that it wouldn’t be very long to get the job done and once they had it, it was a little bit of a different story, but all in all it was a pretty good experience car looks great they do good work.

They told me to come pick up my car and the panel gaps were not lined up properly on my trunk and tail light. Plus my tail light was loose.

Excellent job of the repair on the external visual damage. However due to the damage of the truck, and its incapability of closing, snow then melted snow and rain soaked my carpet and liner inside the trunk. The insulation fibers are broken, messy as they are no longer together. Waiting for the repair schedule date on that.
