I don’t know where where to begin..the front desk welcomed me so nicely with coffee and popcorn. She was the sweetest! Then Matt would call me with every and any update they had. Getting a rental was so easy and care free. They took care of everything. That’s not the best part. When I picked up my car it looked immaculate!! I’m snide and out!! I would never go anywhere else. Great team! Great friendly people to work with. Thank you soooo much!!!!!

Caliber Collision did a beautiful repair job. The staff made it a great experience. The texted updates were a nice touch. I really appreciated that the rental car company picked up and dropped off right there. My overall expectations were exceeded. The paint looks beautiful. It would be great if basic rust repair was a service offered, considering how much of a need there is for that in this salty city. Please consider added this service in the future. I'd be a repeat customer for rust repair. I hope to never need collision work again. Thanks
