I am very pleased with the great job Caliber did on my vehicle. But I just wanted to comment on just a small thing, a small part that Gary was supposed to order for me that was missing from the last time I had my car in for repair, back in October of last year. I hope if he could get me that little missing piece that would be super. Other than that, Caliber is awesome and they did a great job and I would definitely recommend them for your vehicle repair. Thank you to all the staff.

Those staff at Caliber did an excellent job in getting my Acura fixed and they were really updating me everyday on the status of my vehicle. I'm bad at remembering names, but the staff there are outstanding. Thank you all!!

I highly recommend everyone to go to Caliber Collision. I had a great experience with them both areas Utica and Syracuse. They had assured me that they will take good care of my vehicle and they did just that. Not to mention they gave my vehicle a car wash too! I felt comfortable with the text and phone calls I had received from them keeping me updated throughout the whole thing. This is what I’m talking about when people actually care! I’m happy I have chosen Caliber Collision. The vehicle looks better than when I have even bought it! Thank you to the team for your service !
