I was called twice asking me when i was dropping off my car…. When i had dropped it off the day before. That left me very concerned and nobody had an answer for me. When i went to pick up my car, things were taken off my keychain. When i asked where they were, nobody knew. The mechanic then mentioned that he took them off and left it in the passenger seat. Nobody walked me to my car to review the fixes that were done. I found that to be careless and lazy. However i did appreciate the updates via text and those communications. That was great.
