I would absolutely tell everyone about this place and would make sure that they get Noah as their estimator and Josh has their body man. They are the best at the shop and I wanna make sure that whoever I send gets the best quality for their car.

Macy, my Caliber Collison rep did everything in her power to hear my needs and meet them. However company policy does not allow to buy or use after market parts when parts are discontinued. This meant a broken part was put back on my vehicle and I got a partial repair that did not restore it to its previous state. Leaving me to take it elsewhere. I get it. I dont like it. But your customer service reps listened, Did what they coud, and were honest. This was a hard predicament. I appreciated that. Macy on 82nd drive deserves a raise. She is well spoken a good listener and communicated well. She is the kind of employee you want on your team.
