This was by far my best auto repair experience ever. Phone updates were timely and informative. Staff were extremely attentive and caring. This is one of those “cultures of caring“ that make an experience that is usually fairly traumatic almost enjoyable. Jeff was great at communicating with us from beginning to end, explaining the estimate, potential variations. and the final outcome. He went out of his way to make sure we could pick up our car before the weekend. AND all that, and the work done was excellent!

Major overspray all over the vehicle. Swirl marks where painted. damage to trim. body line not as sharp where repaired as compared to other side. Wax splatter all over the repaired side.
