It was great that Caliber had service offices in many places meaning I didn’t have to go to a large city. I was impressed with daily texts describing what was happening to my truck. I particularly liked how seemlessly you worked with Enterprise car rental for my rental. Getting picked up by them at your location was awesome! My husband and I were extremely satisfied with our entire experience with Caliber Collision. I could tell from the initial quote that it was a knowledgeable, comprehensive evaluation - which is exactly the place I wanted to work on our car. Everyone we encountered was informed, helpful, and communicative, and guided us through the process (which was faster than I expected!). The work is impeccable, and we totally didn't expect the car to be detailed! The car looks and feels brand new. We're so happy! :)
