I am so pleased with the service provided by Caliber Collision. Their customer service is professional and personal. One of the fears I have as a person/woman of color is that I’ll be treated differently. I never felt this here. On the contrary, I felt so pampered! My bumper car got hit, and I was concerned I needed to replace it. They fixed the damage, and painted it. The work they did was so professional that my bumper car looked like new. On top of that, they fixed another dent at no charge. They gave me a rental car (!), and they cleaned my car in and out! I highly recommend Caliber Collision. This business got it right. I still can’t believe my amazing experience. Now, my car looks cute as hell! Thank you so much, your team work is incredible. I am a happy client.
