Noah was great yet again. This was my second time needing insurance coverage repair work at Caliber Collision and I was happy that Noah was my assigned guy again. He went above and beyond to help and give me confidence that the repairs were accounted for. The team even found hidden damage and proactively repaired it. The updates on status were excellent and I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone and everyone I come across.

The service was good and I got my car back quickly BUT the reason I give a low rating… when I picked up my car I dropped off the rental. I left and realized I left 2 pairs of prescription glasses in the rental. I called to have them taken out of the rental. When I came to pick them up 30 min later I only received 1 pair. I repeatedly asked where the other pair were and never received them. The employee says they weren’t in the car but I know 100% they were in the car. Thanks for stealing a pair of $200 prescription glasses that are much needed!

While no one likes to have to get repairs done, I will say I was impressed with Caliber. The staff and techs were very communicative and the service was faster than anticipated allowing me to get back to my normal quicker.They were friendly and I loved how easily they worked with my insurance and the car rental company. i will be recommending Caliber to others!
