Initial customer service could have been better. In that my scheduled appointment somehow "fell off" the appointment list. This, for obvious reasons was very frustrating for me and there was NO compassion for the issue whatsoever or apology for an error that was NOT my fault. And based on this error i was told that my car would be delayed in completion date...This problem was resolved in a professional manner by upper management and then down to management at caliber location in Claremont... who then gave a formal apology. This made all the difference in my experience. Thus the re-evaluated rating of a 10 of what would have been a 0 from day one of the experience.
