Had it not been for the issue with the door not being flushed and leaking into the interior, it would have been a 10 for sure.

I did not initially notice that the new door was not level with the body of the car but my husband noticed right away. We were planning to contact the shop Monday morning to see if it could be adjusted. Over the weekend, I drove down a dirt road and my car became dirty so I took to a self care wash to clean it. Afterwards, I opened the door and found that a significant amount of water had gotten in and soaked the rear seat. I was disappointed that no one at the shop noticed the door was not flush and that it leaked. That seems like a pretty major oversight which caused us to have to bring the car back in. It is now more flush than it was though not like the side that wasn’t hit. That all being said, the people I worked with were very professional and friendly throughout the process and the concerns were addressed right away. They told us to contact them if there were anymore issues. Also, my car was returned to me the cleanest I have ever seen it.
