Great customer service is a big thing for me in the front desk. Lady was amazing. Ron who worked at wrote the estimate was on the ball quality of work was excellent paint job was color match to perfection all the way down to the detailing of the interior all in all very happy with work performance of Caliber Collision in Clawson. Great work guys happy that I chose this shop for my repairs through Progressive very very satisfied.

Excellent service from the time we walked in and Kelly greeted us. We met Ron and he walked us through what would be done. They repaired the car in a timely fashion and Ron again walked us through the finished repair.

The team at clawson caliber was amazing. The painter and manager came outside together and walked me through the repairs and everything they did. I've never heard of a technician coming out to speak with customers before, but that painter did. They cleaned the car inside and out. The paint work was top notch. I couldn't come up with a complaint if I wanted to. What an impressive team clawson caliber has!

Our experience with the technicians at Ferndale was terrible but our experience with Dave (the big boss); Alicia and Amy was good when we encountered the lousy job that was done. We continued the repairs at the Clawson location and Ron and his techs were absolutely beyond amazing! So impressed with their level of attention. They drove the van to our house spotless. Like new.
