My experience with Caliber Collision was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Jennifer and Jerry provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire repair process. They kept me informed every step of the way, so I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle. One thing that really stood out was how personal they made the experience. I told them my car's name is Dior, and from that point on they would say things like, "Dior is ready," or "Dior is getting painted." It may seem like a small detail, but it made the entire process feel so much more personal and showed that they genuinely cared about me as a customer. I also want to recognize the technicians and mechanics who worked on my vehicle. When I picked up Dior, she was spotless inside and out. There was no dust, no mess, and no lingering paint or chemical smell--just a clean, well-repaired vehicle that looked amazing. It was obvious they took pride not only in the repairs but also in returning my car in excellent condition. After being in a car accident, the repair process can be stressful, but Jennifer, Jerry, and the entire Caliber Collision team made everything easy, reassuring, and seamless. Their communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care exceeded my expectations. Thank you all for treating both me and Dior so well.
