I recently had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision. The staff were cordial, professional, and friendly throughout the process, which I appreciated. However, about a week after picking up my vehicle, I discovered what appears to be an impact driver left under the hood. I had been driving the car for an entire week before finding it hanging in the engine compartment. This was extremely concerning because the tool could have fallen into the moving belts or other engine components while the vehicle was running, potentially causing serious mechanical damage or creating a safety hazard. While I had a positive experience with the customer service, leaving a large tool inside a customer's engine bay is a significant oversight that should never happen. I was fortunate to find it before it caused damage to my vehicle or left me stranded on the road. I hope Caliber Collision reviews its quality-control procedures to ensure this does not happen to other customers.

Everything was great with Caliber Collision. The only thing I would have liked done differently is that when my car was scheduled to be completed, it was not ready. I called to check on it, and they mentioned they had to order another part, and I had to follow up a couple of times. They were very kind and apologetic, but I did have to follow up on my own when the system did not update.
