Having the unbelievable team at the Clifton Park shop to take care of us during the stressful time of collision repair is a godsend. We always find them so helpful and patient. The work is amazing and the detailing of our vehicle so very appreciated. Our estimator Ramon is very thorough and treats us with the utmost respect. I don’t know where you find the great people you have but don’t let them get away.

Daily messages for Updates about the repair progress. Car was done a day early which saves me money with the rental car. Caliber worked directly with my insurance company so I did not have to Personally submit estimates, updates or Pictures for the claim. Employee are very nice.

Excellent service. Everyone is friendly, and they address any concerns. I didn’t have the firm my insurance company needed and was told I could bring it in any time I found it. Once I brought it in, it was immediately filled out so I could mail it.
