I just can’t brag about you. I’ve had much better care at the two other body shops at which I’ve had work done.
Repair Quality - 2.5/5.0 -
Well, I don’t normally complain, but my car went in to the body shop with a working remote start - but came out without a working remote start. I called the day after I picked it up to at least see if it could be something that may have been interfered with either when my car was ransacked or if it was something that happened during repair time. I spoke to a nice girl who answered the phone and promised to have someone call me, but that never happened. Also (and I know this place is kind of trivial) the car was supposed to have been cleaned up, and the console was a nasty mess. There were still “beads” of safety glass in it - as well as the usual nasty that happens in a console drink carrier/coin keeper. Worst part is that that carrier piece lifts right out of the console and could even have been sprayed out with a hose. I waited to write this to see if I still felt upset about this and I guess I still am or I wouldn’t be writing this. The actual repair is the only reason that this isn’t a zero. It’s quite well done.

This would totally have been a 10, had I gotten a call back regarding the remote start.

Prior to turning in my car for repairs, I had experienced no problems with my car battery. When I arrived to pick my car up, it wouldn't unlock. So immediately I was alarmed. In the moment, I thought it may be my key battery. So I unlocked my car manually. When I opened the door, no lights came on. I still attempted to start the vehicle, to no avail. I informed Laurence that my battery had died. His response was, "It may have been because the car had been sitting for a couple of days.". He retrieved a jump box from the center, jumpstarted my car, and I was on my way. I arrived home shortly later. 4 hours later, I attempted to start my car again...battery was extremely low/almost dead. I don't agree with the summation that the car battery died due to lack of use for a few days. I'm convinced, since there was rear-end damage, the repairer left my truck open without disconnecting the battery. Therefore, draining the battery. Up until this mishap, I'd been completely satisfied with the service from Caliber Collision. I'll be entirely distraught if they don't offer to replace my battery. Again, before the car battery situation, I'd rate the service 5 out of 5 stars. But I'll reserve my rating until after I'm able to see how they rectify their mistake.

Laurence and the repair team work very diligently to make sure the job was done in a safe, timely manner. Paying very close detail to my concerns and what would be needed to get me back on the road safely. Laurence puts a lot of effort in the "care" part of "customer care". There's not really many employees like him around. He helped guide me through the repair (beginning to end), kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, and went to extra lengths to ensure I left there completely satisfied...and I was. If I ever were to be in such a situation where I needed repairs done because of an accident, I'm definitely coming back to Laurence (Caliber Collision).
