The experience from start was basic, collect information, take pictures. I’m not sure why a picture of the front driver side floor was taken. After, the first ordeal was Caliber refusing to switch the claim over to Allstate. That lead to the complete and utter confusion of me paying for repairs out of pocket. My vehicle was not properly repaired. I practically had an accident because the back up sensor was not re-installed and tested. It was an unnecessary inconvenience to sit high vehicle down for the weekend. Then having to return to caliber for them to make the corrections.
