This is my second experience with caliber, with my first being at a different location. Both experiences I have had to return for first attention to my vehicle due to poor quality control after the initial repairs. Getting the issues fixed was easy, but I feel that my vehicle should not have needed extra attention, and that better attention to detail and quality control in the initial repairs would have led to a better (And more satisfying) outcome.

Repair was quick, but required second visit to the shop to complete repairs to a satisfactory degree (I found scratches left in the repainted area after the first visit). Still have mild orange peel effect on repainted areas.

Staff was communicative, but appeared displeased that I returned to have the scratches repaired.

The staff was very professional in all aspects of the process. I appreciate the effort the repair personnel put into repairing my vehicle. If I didn't know any better I would say the work effort would compare to the effort one would place into their privately owned vehicle.
