Forrest Worley and the crew at Caliber Collision in Colonial Heights did such and outstanding job fixing my truck. The repair they did was so good, that it look like I just got it from the factory. Also, Forrest and the rest of the crew displayed excellent customer service, professionalism, and most importantly honestly. At the end of the day, that’s what most customers want and I for sure greatly appreciate them. Will highly recommend to anyone.

Interior is in need of full detail due to amounts of dust from sand blasting. The back side driver door does not line up correctly. I am not satisfied with this repair and will be contacting caliber collision Monday to discuss it.

Bodywork was amazing but the mechanical part and communication was very poor

Bodywork was amazing after they had to redo a couple things and I give them a rating of 5 for that reason and the communication on there part was very poor. Also I had just purchased my vehicle that I had repaired with them 3 weeks prior to the accident and since the accident I have a vibration in the front end between 60-70mph they sent to a mechanic they use and was told that the vibration was coming from the transmission which was not there prior to the accident which the driver side front wheel was struck in the accident. When I went to pickup my vehicle was told that I needed to take to Nissan for them to diagnose the issue which honestly is a huge inconvenience to me cause I trusted them to repair my vehicle properly which the bodywork they did was amazing but the mechanical part I’m very unsatisfied with.
