Bodywork was amazing but the mechanical part and communication was very poor

Bodywork was amazing after they had to redo a couple things and I give them a rating of 5 for that reason and the communication on there part was very poor. Also I had just purchased my vehicle that I had repaired with them 3 weeks prior to the accident and since the accident I have a vibration in the front end between 60-70mph they sent to a mechanic they use and was told that the vibration was coming from the transmission which was not there prior to the accident which the driver side front wheel was struck in the accident. When I went to pickup my vehicle was told that I needed to take to Nissan for them to diagnose the issue which honestly is a huge inconvenience to me cause I trusted them to repair my vehicle properly which the bodywork they did was amazing but the mechanical part I’m very unsatisfied with.

Shout out to the crew at Caliber and to Nathan. There were a few hiccups in the process, but Nathan stayed on top of things and kept me updated. I hope I don't have another accident, but if I do, I know Caliber has my back!

Not Caliber Collision‘s fault the passenger door had to be replaced and they received three bad doors until the perfect one finally came in. Then the hinges took too long to come. I believe my car was in there for at least a week longer than it was supposed to have been.
