Eric was extremely helpful and kind. I was concerned about how long repairs would take as I had limited rental coverage. Based on a brief look, obtaining parts…Eric thought it would be done within 2wk. Assured me he would be in contact throughout process to provide updates. Once car was taken apart he called, explained damages and what needed to be done and provided estimate on damages. He also provided me with completion date for repairs. Received messages throughout process regarding progress which I appreciated.When Eric test drove vehicle noted it difficult to steer, explained what it was and advised me to call dealer as it is common problem with Toyota. He made a difficult situation much easier. Thank you!

Staff was helpful. Eric assured me he would he would be looking at vehicle and follow up with me which he did. He explained what damages were present and what needed to be done. Eric communicated throughout the process and the work was completed the day before date given.
