I highly recommend HV collision in Saratoga but I would never go back to caliber in Albany

They kept me informed well, problem is when you tell me my vehicle will be done one day and then the next and the next and the next and low and behold itâs not done for a week later. Had you told me the correct date in the first place, customer service would have been rated much better

Hello, overall, I think that the repair to my car was very nice and done very well. I think the staff tried very hard to make things as best as can be given the process of car repairs, need for rental car etc. My only disappointment was that I made my appointment and upon arrival, there was no record of the appointment and it had been dropped. Due to this, a rental also wasn't secured as expected, etc. This necessitated that I come back the next day to repeat the process. And again, a rental was not ready as expected. I did feel that it was made to be my fault because although I provided paperwork for the car appointment date in the form of notes taken from my phone call for the appointment with all details for the rental, etc. Because I didnt write the name of whom I spoke with down, skepticism was given toward my "appointment." Overall, upon my second visit, I was able to drop off and pull away in a rental and found Ashley to be helpful, the text message updates very helpful and considerate and the car looking great and clean upon pick up. I understand things happen and appreciate the car being taken in on the next business day after there being a discrepancy with the original appointment. Overall, nothing terrible. The manager in the store and I discussed this already and I dont feel a follow up call is necessary. Thank you for the nice work on my car and for things running seamlessly once we got initial details ironed out.
