The services adviser kept me updated on all the repairs that were completed on my vehicle. The technician did a wonderful job at restoring my vehicle back to what I was. It was also completed in a very timely fashion. The front desk lady was super nice and very helpful through the process of paperwork. 10 out 10.

Caliber in Colonie was amazing. From booking the appraisal, the updates in between, and pickup, I felt like an appreciated customer. Eric even helped me get over feeling like an idiot for the accident in the first place, like my own personal counselor. I hope I never need body work again, but if I do, Caliber will be the only option.
