Great place, great team. Kept us informed throughout the process of what was happening with our vehicle and if they had to replace more parts, etc. when we went to pick up the jeep it looked great and whoever cleaned the headlights thank you!!

Kelly was great and so courteous and helpful. I initially chose this location because you can always tell if someone likes the place they work at if they answer the phones and are upbeat and chipper. You know that they treat their employees well and that everyone works together to get a job done. There is camaraderie in work family.

Great customer service. They got our vehicle in right away and kept me updated on its progress. Picked it up a week earlier than the estimated date. The work looks great, highly recommend them. Part of the repair needed to be scraped (paint) for additional repairs needed for another issue I was having with my vehicle, which felt a bit like carelessness for the paintjob done by Caliber. But all other aspects of the repair were great, easy, informative, and helpful!
