Extremely satisfied with the service. The customer service in the office is truly top-notch. I loved the consistent communication letting you know the status of your vehicle. My vehicle was even done ahead of schedule. I would most certainly recommend caliber collision and keep you in mind for any future needs.

You are treated like royalty. Everyone was so kind and I like the fact that the took the time to explain everything to me. I can't remember the gentleman's name that I worked with but he was so friendly and spoke with poise and it wasn't just me, I witnessed him help others and I must say he treated everyone with the same kindness and exceptional customer service

My car has been back 3 times. I was told that I was wrong yet multiple suspension issues from an accident were not rectified and ended up getting fixed one by one. They also tried to pass off a bad paint job which they eventually ended up admitting to after days of arguing
