The service was quick, efficient, and great. The staff were professional and friendly. Sary Chan was the person who worked with me and he was friendly and professional. The text updates were very helpful and the follow up phone call to pick my car up was great. This is the second car repair they have done for me and I will bring my car back if needed. I will also refer others to them. The location is convenient for me.

It did take to long. I know you were very busy. The workmanship is excellent. Customer service calls and reception are very plesant. I know you are subjected to the delays of the tow company and glass delivery. I chose to go this route because I needed to protect the vehicle from rain rather than waiting for another company to do it on site. My choice. I know this. Car towed on Sunday and I received it towards mid day Thursday. I think if I had known this in advance, then the waiting factor would have been reduced significantly. Give me a longer wait time and then deliver earlier:) It's all good and I hopefully won't have the need for this but if I do, I know what to expect. I truely understand the restrictions you were dealing with. Thank you for taking such GREAT care of my car. Best to you all. Overall I am Very Please. Best...Mary Maurey

Impressive paint match, given my vehicle is 15 yrs old. Nice and smooth paint job overall and no visible grooves or scrape marks. Like the incident never happened! Associates were very pleasant, informative, courteous, and professional. Appreciate the courtesy wash and wheel shine, too. I chose Caliber over four other body shops. I think I made the right choice! Will definitely recommend you guys to others. Keep up the great work!
