The original Caliber Collision contact was involved in an auto accident 2 days after inspecting my car's damage. He obviously did not transfer all the information regarding the scope of repairs to the other Caliber Collision staff. There was a scratch on the right rear quarter panel that was not repaired at the time of pick up. They said that they were not aware that that was part of the repair scope. It appears that they thought the damage occurred in the center of the bumper and not the left side. They buffed the scratch out after I insisted that it was part of the damage. Even though the original estimator took photos and we discussed the repair in detail.

I have used Caliber before but by far, my experience with Caliber in Columbia, MD was the absolute best! I had the most hassle free and pleasant service. Joanne (I hope thatâs right), who initiated and closed my service, made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. I didnât have to make multiple trips to the shop and she kept me informed and answered every question with reassuring responses. I felt as if she was repairing my vehicle all by herself. Her manager (sorry, I forgot his name) was present when I picked up and he was just as knowledgeable and reassuring. He gave me sound advise without making me feel like he was trying to take advantage. The job was completed earlier than projected and my car looks great. I hope I never have to, but if my car needs body work again, I will definitely return to Caliber Collision of Columbia, MD. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF!!
