Everyone I spoke to at the Columbia location nice, polite, and understanding. I had the pleasure of working with Sary for the estimate and work done on my car. He was wonderful and did a great job of keeping me updated and providing any and all documentation and clarification I needed. I was also extremely impressed by the quick turnaround time. I wasnât expecting to have my car back until 8/3 but it was ready to go on 7/25! Thank you all so much!

Was told itâs illegal to drive my car anywhere when I was at the front desk and that felt very scammy to my, I know itâs illegal but Iâm not gonna tow it and I have to bring it somewhere to get fixed, made it seem like yâall were trying to force me to leave my car with you and I didnât like that.

Dropped my car off Monday. Got it back the next day. Everything was perfect. Looked amazing. You guys even straightened out my front plate and put my cover over my front plate for me. Got updates throughout the days. Awesome job.
