Caliber from Day 1 kept me informed with the whole process of my collision. They did all the backend with rental car & insurance. They were honest about how long it would be for parts & labor. Front desk greets & acknowledge upon entrance which makes you feel comfortable while waiting. Overall 100% for “ALL” departments from front to back.

This is my first time at Caliber Collision. The experience with them was excellent. They kept informed about my car. Everyone was very professional, from the secretary on down to the mechanics. They were very respectful. If I ever need car repairs again ( hoping I won't have to), I will definitely come back to Caliber Collision. Took 5 weeks to replace wheels and tires. By the time we got it back, the brakes were ruined from sitting for 5 weeks in the cold and snow. Steering also pulled to the left, despite us being told the new wheels had been aligned. When I called to discuss my concerns with Angelia, I got a return phone call from Chris. He was incredible. He was very patient and helpful. He got the car back in, brakes repaired and the car realigned. Before dealing with Chris, I would have never recommended Caliber to a friend or family member. Chris made things right. His communication was exceptional, as was his service.
