The actual work is good quality but the communication is horrible. Don't send be some automated text telling me one thing and then tell me something different the next day, through text. When someone calls and you are busy, you call them back. After they started the work on my car. I didn't hear CJs voice once. Only updates were through text and they were in accurate. When texting back I had zero response.

This was my first experience having to take a vehicle into a body shop. Caliber was attentive, communicative and did an excellent job repairing my front bumper, headlights, fog lights, etc. Would definitely recommend!

I have nothing good to say about the experience with caliber collision. You talk a good game until you have the vehicle. You order damaged parts that push the repair time out longer. You guys don't even know how long it takes to paint something. It was so bad I didn't even trust you to contact the rental company to pick the rental up from you and I returned the rental myself. The side mirror that was replaced is warped. I would never give you business again and have to have someone else correct your terrible work. And this was simply replacing a door.
