Repair work and car looked good, service was great, and I received car back one day sooner than promised. However, I wish our communication had been better. For court submission, I asked your office to re-provide the first estimate that contained the word term “e-scoot-IV” your office replied that it should be “e-bike IV” I said “that’s fine-please send the original one” instead of doing so, your office kept sending unrelated estimate pages that I did not need. Frankly, your office could have simply said that the first estimate had been overwritten by updates and no longer exists, rather than dancing around the issue. So: the workshop gets 5 stars, office communication gets 3 stars, for an overall 4 stars

Caliber provided excellent communication and transparency through the whole process. My car was in the shop for 10 days and I received consistent updates. The day of the pick up, I was content to see how well they looked after my car— they even cleaned it pretty well. They even walked me through the process and showed me the parts that were replaced. I walked out of there feeling like a load was removed from my shoulders, thank you Jessica!

I didn't like how they gave a lower initial price for my insurance qoute then raised it after I accepted the initial qoute. Had I decided not to do the work, I would have gotten less money. I felt that was a bit scamy working more for the insurance company and less for the client. For that reason I may not use Caliber the next accident.
