Alexis was awesome! She provided me with updates and kept me update with the work being done with my car. Jose repaired my car and he did an amazing job!!! My car looks absolutely beautiful!!! Front office was great, Alexa was super helpful. Only wished there was a tech that could explain the damages and the fix it process for me in simplier terms. The invoice breakdown was a bit confusing.

Working with caliber was a good experience. The ladies at the counter (Vanessa) made the check-in quick and easy. Kyle checked the damage and gave me a quick decision. Then he gave me a written estimate and also notified Enterprise rental car to pick me up. He either called or sent a text daily to update the estimated time. The car was completed a.day earlier than originally thought. The car looks beautiful. The damage was repaired expertly. I was very pleased with the whole process. Great customer service. I will recommend Caliber. Thank you Kyle for taking such good care of me and my car

I have nothing but praise and appreciation for the team and Jessika’s for handling our car for quite a lengthy stretch of time, and with all the pressure that was on them with just trying to get parts as quickly as possible. I appreciate the time that they took I was in absolutely no rush for my car to get fixed as I had full faith that they would do a great job.
