The first time I was impressed and extremely satisfied with the time and quality of work that Caliber team used to have my SUV completely ready to be picked up. I tried for second time. The results of the complete repairs of my second vehicle, were even more remarkable and the fixed, timing and duration, the detail and work quality; make me more satisfied. From my first call with the manager, when I was still researching body shops, to the day I picked up my vehicle, the team at Caliber Collision was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. When I brought my car in, Alexa explained the repair process, warranty, and answered all of my questions. She also accommodated taking the car to the Mercedes dealership to have the repaired bumper calibrated, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service and communication were excellent, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them. Thanks!
