My estimator/ advisor, Alexa K, introduced herself when I arrived for a repair estimate. She is very friendly, and an outstanding customer service. She explained the process that needs to be done, how long and mentioned about car rental option. She provided daily updates with a phone call and text msgs. On the day car repairs were complete and the day of pick up, she again explained what they did and the lifetime warranty of caliber collision’s work. I’m completely satisfied with the way caliber collision handled the repair work with quality workmanship. I firmly believe their motto “ ready to get back to the rhythm of your life”!
