I am proud to say that Caliber Collision did a remarkable job on repairing my car!!!! The technician by the name Bruce was outstanding at keeping me updated on my repair and when the work should be completed. The work was completed in a timely manner and very satisfied with the work of Bruce and the technicians at Caliber Collision.

Having someone crash into your vehicle and do damage to your baby is never a pleasant experience. When something like that happens no one is ever looking forward to the shenanigans that ensure surrounding the entire process of getting the insurance company to pay the body shop and the body shop repairing your vehicle. All of that being said Bruce and his crew at Caliber made the madness easy to handle. Bruce kept me updated every step of the way! I emailed him when I needed to know what was going on and never once was there a delay in his response. I was worried about my truck cause she’s older and has some miles on her but I could not see me parting with her at this point. Bruce and his crew brought my baby back to life. When I tell you she looks good..... I fell in love with her like I did the first day I saw her!! So when you have an accident and you want your baby fixed, take it to Bruce and his team at Caliber. They are the best!!! If I was to give them a grade, it would be an A+. Thank you Bruce and all the people at Caliber who made this unpleasant situation easy to handle.

A 2-3 day paint and repair was delayed 4 weeks by a GM Parts shortage. Caliber Collision exhausted every resource to compensate for GM's incompetencies and was professional on every level. Good team effort.
