Most of my interactions were with the "manager". He blew off everything I was saying and rushed me out when caliber claimed the repairs were completed. He talked over me. The only time I was shown any respect was when i brought my man in with me. They also tried to charge 5 times my deductible, but eventually we got that set straight.

The door was fixed and looked as good as new. The sensors were not connected and tested so that the radio stayed on even though the car had been turned off and the door opened. I had to return to the shop to get it fixed.

I was satisfied in the way that they stayed in touch with me and kept me up to date with the status of the repairs on the car. When GM went on strike and they had a hard time finding the part they kept me aware of what was going on. Also they continued looking until they found a quality part they did not leave it partially repaired or try to rig something.
