Calibur Collision was helpful from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I picked up my vehicle. The entire process was so streamlined and painless. They kept me updated every step of the way, from start to finish. They completed repairs in a timely manner and even lightly detailed the inside of my vehicle.The rental process was also very seamless. Through enterprise I recieved a tental same day, and I returned the rental with no fuss to the shop to pickup my vehicle. I was told Monday that my car was finished and I could pick it up. I told them to park it out front of the body shop and I would pick it up after 6:00. I arrived at 6:10 and my car was no where to be found. I went to Modern Nissan because they were the ones who recommended Caliber. They spoke with three employees of Caliber on cell phone and neither one of the employees offered to come by the body shop and get my car out of the shop. They just said they did not know anything about it. That is all that needed to be done. One person coming by and getting my car out of the body shop after me driving all the way over there and no being able to get my car. Very unprofessional!!!

My car was taken to them to remove and repair the bumper and replace sensors. They repaired the bumper but did not replace the sensors. Every time I drive the car the front radar sensor comes on and the cruise control does not work. This needs to be taken care of.
