I am 100% satisfied with my experience with caliber collison. The front desk staff were pleasant and professional. The repair technicians did the work on my vehicle quickly and the repair work was done very well. The paint work was done perfectly and the bumper repair is better than I would have thought. The staff at caliber made everything easy and stress free. Thank you to all of the employees who took care of me and my truck.

The paint job was beautiful, I had an old incident with the name logo on the side of the car and the team fully replaced it. I could not believe it! I did not know it was needed to repair the area I scheduled. Went above and beyond. Thank you!

The bumper was missing screws, the bumper wasn't aligned properly because it was missing screws, the painter got paint on my fog lights , I've been calling about my Bills bumper plate the next business day after getting my car back and I've been getting the run around, It was a sloppy job and I won't be doing business with them again. SMH

The paint job looked great, but because of how the inside of my car was taking care of I can’t give a higher score because I now have discoloration on my light tan leather seat and door handle. I care about the inside of my car just as much as the out side.

Was not happy about the black grease or some black residue left on my tan colored car seat and door handle. I would think if you have to get in and out or when you have to drive anyone’s care you would use seat protectors knowing that your clothing is dirty and your hands are dirty

The back seat was left down, no biggie, but when I got home I needed to wipe everything down inside from shop dust, when I lifted the backseat up there were 3 little bottles of acrylic paint that wasn’t ours, there were some white powder stains on the backseat, 2 stickers were left on the mirror that was replaced
