The staff from the moment when I walked in, the door was super friendly, made me feel very comfortable, and Gracie was very communicative with the repairs on my car, it seems to be running fantastic and was super happy with the timeframe even with the delay of the oil pan

After 1 month of repair, the sensor on the back of the car started going inside. I am going to also give a 1 star google review for caliber. This is very low quality repair.

I dropped off my car clean and when I picked it up it was dirty , the mats were dirty and the passenger seat as well , and inside the car stink a lot of paint

The staff were extremely friendly. The communication was great. The two things I was unhappy about. The color match on the front bumper that was painted is off. The front bumper paint is a shade or two lighter than the original paint. And when I turned the car on a check, light comes on the dashboard. I was told, I have to get it fixed somewhere else. It wasn’t on when the car was brought to them. I typically don’t make a big deal about small things. But you did ask for my rating of my experience.
