I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Caliber Collision in Conroe. When I picked up my vehicle, I was informed that a part still needed to be installed. The staff wrote on my paperwork that I would need to return once the part arrived and assured me that they would contact me. However, I never received a phone call, email, or any other update regarding the status of the part. After waiting for over two weeks, I followed up myself and was told the part was being ordered. I am still waiting for the repair to be completed. This should have been addressed and covered immediately when I picked up my vehicle, rather than leaving me to repeatedly follow up for answers. To make matters worse, my insurance rental coverage expired, forcing me to return my rental vehicle while I am still waiting for the part and repair. This has created a significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress. The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase down information about repairs that were promised and documented on their paperwork. I expected timely updates, honesty, and accountability throughout this process. I am requesting immediate communication regarding the status of the part, a firm timeline for completion, and a resolution to address the inconvenience caused by these delays and lack of communication. I will be attaching photographs and supporting documentation regarding this matter.

When I first walked in to your facility, I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization. You did a fantastic job restoring my 2017 Lexus RX350. I feel like I’m driving a brand new car now…it hasn’t looked this good in years! And you completed this job way ahead of schedule. Great job - thank you!

The doors are in great condition and the outside work is incredible but there is a bit of an issue with my speaker now after repairs.However, they were kind about it and offered to take a look at it which is much appreciated.
