It looks like it had never hit a deer. The only thing I saw that was not completed was a plastic part under the hood that was not placed under the metal. Other than that, it looks great. It also seemed to drive just like it used to. Thank you for your work and for getting it back to us in a timely manner.

Ashley Barretto was the Service Advisor I spoke to the most. She continued giving me updates on my Mitsubishi. Ashley did mention that they were short on staff and they could send my vehicle to another Caliber Collision, but I mentioned to her I would rather have this place perform the services because several years ago I had some work done on another vehicle and the service was excellent. Marcos was ABSOLUTELY amazing throughout the process. He not only fixed my car but washed, polished inside and out. Can't say enough about Caliber Collision. EXCELLENT care and professionalism.
