We found some areas not secured and missing bolts/screws, and today when those parts came loose flapping on I45, pulled over and popped the hood... my husband noticed loose bolts laying in the engine. My new concern is what else was not secured that we have these loose bolts in the engine! NOT ok. Especially after you had my car an additional 3 days past the quote. I was ok with keeping it Friday to with the thought to pick it up Monday, but the additional days.. of Tuesday and Wednesday??

My contact at this location (Gill) did everything I could hope for and expect every rep to do. Clearly they do a lot of business and have a very streamlined process. I was updated at every pertinent step I’d the repair, especially as soon as there was a delay for a very large part received at his shop that was damaged that they had to return. And the whole timely ordeal still was completed faster than estimated. When I suspected a possible problem, he checked the photos from the repair and assured me this component (fuel tank filler neck) should not have been affected and will confirm with colleagues, promptly called back and gave a plan of a problem persists (it didn’t). Clearly knowledgeable and professional at all positions here. Big thanks.
