The visual impacted area of my vehicle was repaired. However the mechanical issues that was supposed to be fixed left myself and my family in danger once we drove the vehicle over 65 miles with an issue that could have caused us our life. The car started making the same noise that I returned the vehicle for just minutes after picking it up on July 21. You all then stated that you had it fixed and return my vehicle to me in the same deadly condition. I took it to a certified Lexus mechanic which informed me that the inner tire rod was loose and had not been repaired properly. He warned us not to drive the vehicle and that it was dangerous even at low speed. I contacted caliber while we were with the mechanic to no avail. It is 10:30 pm and I am still waiting on a return call from Caliber Collision after contacting them around 2:30pm on 7/23.

My parked car was backed into while at a doctor's appointment. The claim was filed the same day. The insurance company reached out to me and referred me to Caliber as one of their authorized repair shops. Everything was well organized and went smoothly from start to finish. The right side of my car looks brand new and I couldn't be happier with the repairs! I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Travis repaired my car and he was so pleasant to work with during the week and a half my car was in his care. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and even saw minor damage caused by the back in that I initially didn't see. He met me once but recognized me immediately in subsequent visits and spoke to me by name. He made me feel like an old friend.
