I was told, for about a week, that my car would be ready the next day. I went to pick up my vehicle on the day I was told it was finished and just being cleaned up and when I got there, I was told it was finished but one of the rims was still causing shaking. Went back up the next day only to find out it hadn't been finished to begin with. That my rims still weren't in. I ended up taking it home, incomplete, and they brought me the rims 5 days later.

The first time I saw the car the rear bumper was so out of line it was unacceptable
